Farmer leader Rakesh Tikait said on Tuesday that if the Center does not repeal the three new agricultural laws, the protesting farmers will surround the Parliament.He appealed to the farmers to be ready for the call for 'Delhi March', which can be given at any time.

Mr. Tikait was addressing the farmers mahapanchayat of United Kisan Morcha in Sikar, Rajasthan on Tuesday."This time there will be a call for a Parliament siege. We will announce it and then march towards Delhi. This time there will be 40 lakh tractors instead of four lakh tractors," he said.He said that the United Front will also give a date for this soon.

He also said that there was a conspiracy to discredit the farmers of the country on 26 January, when violence erupted during their tractor parade in the national capital."The farmers of the country love the tricolor, but not the leaders of this country".

Mr. Tikait said that the farmers are openly challenging the government that if it does not repeal the three controversial agricultural laws and does not implement the MSP, the farmers of the country will also demolish the godowns of big companies.

The Mahapanchayat was also addressed by Swaraj movement leader Yogendra Yadav, All India Kisan Sabha national vice-president Amra Ram, Kisan Sangh national general secretary Chaudhary Yudhveer Singh and others.
