The West Bengal Public Service Commission (WBPSC) has welcomed applications for the determination of Assistant Engineer (Electrical) in the West Bengal Engineering Service (Electrical), Public Works Department.

Candidates with Degree in EE and age less than 36 years as on January 1, 2020 are eligible for this job.

"Candidates are going to be selected on the idea of a competitive examination followed by interview. Eligible candidates would be called certain the written examination. Thereafter candidates qualifying within the written examination would be called to interview," the WBPSC has said within the official job notification.

"The Commission reserves the proper for fixing qualifying marks in aggregate in respect of General, SC, ST , BC & PD candidates and therefore the final merit list are going to be prepared on the idea of marks obtained in written examination and interview taken together," it's added.

The written exam are going to be of 200 marks and therefore the interview are going to be of 100 marks.Along with the appliance form, candidates need to pay ₹ 210 fee.
